Summary:

The Board of Education is asked to approve the Subrecipient Agreement Between the City of Pueblo and Pueblo School District No. 60. the City joined the Colorado Opioids Settlement Memorandum of Understanding dated August 26, 2021. The City must use the opioid settlement funds for forward-looking strategies, programming, and services to abate the opioid epidemic as provided for in the MOU. (a) The City is awarding to Subrecipient available monies from the Fund in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 for each year of the term of this Agreement.
