The Board of Education is asked to declare its support for Proposition HH as a matter of official concern before the electorate of the District in November 2023 as a measure that would, among other things, lower property taxes for a period of at least ten years, authorize the state to retain revenue after 2032, and allow retained revenue to be spent on education.
