Summary:
|
The Board of Education is asked to authorize the acceptance of a deed
from the Pueblo Conservancy District for the conveyance of a parcel of
real property adjacent to the Dutch Clark Stadium property. The
additional land will allow for locker room renovations and improved
grading, drainage, and road stabilization. The final survey and legal
description have been completed and a Quit Claim Deed has been
approved and delivered to the District by the Pueblo Conservancy District. Following the recording of the deed, a rearrangement of property boundaries plat for the stadium property will be recorded.

The Board of Education authorizes the acceptance of a conveyance of a
parcel of real property adjacent to Dutch Clark Stadium pursuant to the
Quit Claim Deed included in the background materials and further
authorizes the recording of the deed and thereafter the rearrangement of property boundaries plat.
