Following a request for qualification process, the Board of Education selected and approved an Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Contract with Keller Williams Performance Realty on May 14, 2024. The Board will be asked to extend the listing agreement and, in doing so, reopen the solicitation of offers to purchase the Carlile property.
