Summary:
|
The Board of Education is asked to accept the Colorado Department of Education American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary Schools Emergency Relief Fund in the amount of $50,000. The district has been awarded this grant with the purpose of providing local educational agencies (LEA), including charter schools that are LEA’s, with emergency relief funds to address the impact that the Novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) has had and continues to have on elementary and secondary schools across the nation. Funds will be used to extend ongoing partnership focused on support for ELA implementation at the middle school level.
