The District’s legal counsel and Bob Lawson, Executive Director of Facilities, will present a proposed Restrictive Covenant and Deed Restriction for comment and Board discussion as well as a recommendation to declare the Carlile Elementary School property no longer needed within the foreseeable future for any purpose authorized by law and thus may be considered for marketing and sale.

The Board of Education accepts and discusses the information provided by the District’s legal counsel and Mr. Lawson concerning the proposed Restrictive Covenant, that the Carlile Elementary School property is no longer needed within the foreseeable future for any purpose authorized by law and may be considered for marketing and sale as presented in the January 24, 2023 Board Board materials.
