Summary:
|
The Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority, in carrying out the Urban Renewal Plan for the Saint Charles Industrial Park Urban Renewal Project, approved by the Pueblo City Council on December 21, 2008, and amended on April 18, 2022, has determined that any net TIF Revenues received by the Authority after Phase I public improvements and superior pledges of TIF Revenue are paid, will be applied to the beneficial application or direct payment to District 60. The Authority desires to apply those net TIF Revenues to public improvements in the form or repairs and maintenance at the Dutch Clark Stadium. The Authority will manage and supervise the project and has submitted an agreement to accomplish these purposes.

The Board of Education approves the TIF Revenue Cooperation Agreement for Stadium Improvements at Dutch Clark Stadium, substantially in the form presented subject to final approval by legal counsel, as presented in the August 23, 2022 Board materials.
