The Board of Education is asked to approve the Construction Management/General Contractor Early Procurement Limited Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreement with Industrial Plumbing & Heating, for the early procurement of HVAC equipment at Heaton MS, Belmont ES, Bradford ES and South Park ES. The term of the Agreement shall commence upon board approval.

The project will be funded from the ESSR Grant Funds.
Recommendation
:
The Board of Education approves the Construction Management/General Contractor Early Procurement Limited Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreement with Industrial Plumbing & Heating, for the early procurement of HVAC equipment at Heaton MS, Belmont ES, Bradford ES and South Park ES, as presented in the August 23, 2022 Board materials.
