As intercom systems across the district are aging and need replacement and, as we are experiencing longer lead times on equipment orders, it is now necessary to work toward being proactive and have a "spare core system" available for emergency replacement of the buildings safety systems.

Recommendation
:
The Board of Education approves an expenditure of $49,264 to purchase a spare Intercom Core System and appropriate the funds from the Capital Projects Fund as presented in the September 8, 2022 Board materials.
