The Board of Education is asked to approve the Modifications to Priority in relation to the Agreement between Chavez Huerta K - 12 Preparatory Academy (CHPA) and Pueblo School District No. 60 for priority improvements at the charter from bond proceeds that was approved at the May 7, 2020 Board meeting.
