Summary:

The Board of Education is asked to approve the Cooperative Agreement between the State of Colorado, Department of Higher Education, for the use and benefit of The Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System acting by and through Colorado State University-Pueblo and Pueblo School District No. 60 for the period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, substantially in the form presented subject to final approval by legal counsel.
The Act provides options for high school students to enroll in courses offered by the college. The college and the local education provider have decided to establish a Concurrent Enrollment Program pursuant to the Acts and therefore enter into this agreement.
