The Board of Education is asked to approve the Construction Management/General Contractor Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreement with HW Houston Construction, Inc. for the construction of the new Nettie S. Freed Expeditionary K-8 School and adopt the Resolution Approving the GMP Amendments to the CM/GC Agreements for the construction project. The term of the Agreement shall commence upon board approval.
