The Board of Education is asked to approve two expenditures, both with the vendor Unite Private Network (UPN) for Wide Area Network (WAN) Service and Internet Service for the district for the period of July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023. The agreements are multi-year with optional annual renewals.

Recommendation
:
The Board of Education approves expenditures of $273,144 for WAN and Internet Services and appropriates the funds from the General Fund as presented in the March 15, 2022 Board materials.
