The Board of Education is asked to approve the Construction Management/General Contractor Early Procurement and Site Work Services Limited Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreement with GE Johnson/HW Houston Construction, for the early procurement of construction materials and early site work services at the new Nettie S. Freed Expeditionary K-8 School. The term of the Agreement shall commence upon board approval.
