The Board of Education is asked to approve the Construction Management/General Contractor Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreement with Nunn Construction, Inc. for the construction of the new Sunset Park Elementary and Franklin School of Innovation and adopt the Resolution Approving the GMP Amendments to the CM/GC Agreements for the New Sunset Park Elementary and Franklin School of Innovation BEST Projects. The term of the Agreement shall commence upon board approval.
