Subject:
Public comment is limited to individuals who are residents of the district, who have a child or are an immediate family member of a child attending school in the district, or to employees of the district. Public comments must deal with a topic related to the Board's operation of the schools. Speakers shall limit their comments to three (3) minutes. No person shall be permitted to sign up for another person nor shall anyone be permitted to exchange time or yield time to another. Remarks should be suitable for an audience that includes kindergarten through twelfth grade students. Speakers are responsible for their own speech. If there are five or fewer speakers who have signed up for in-person comment at the meeting, additional voicemail comments will be played up to an overall total of ten public comments.
