National Speech Pathologist Day Resolution - May 18, 2023
A Resolution Honoring the Efforts of Pueblo School District No. 60 Speech/Language Pathologists
Whereas, speech/language pathologists are healthcare professionals who specialize in the treatment of communication, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders: and
Whereas, the speech/language pathologists of Pueblo School District No. 60 provide many daily services to enrich and support students toward their highest achievement possible; and
Whereas, they serve a student population of over 14,000 children every school day; and
Whereas, they do so with great skill, care and compassion; and
Therefore, the Pueblo School District No. 60 Board of Education recognizes National Speech Pathologist Day on May 18, 2023; and
Further, the Board expresses deep and heartfelt appreciation to the efforts made by the speech/language pathology staff each and every school day! |
