Summary:
|
National litigation is pending against numerous social media companies seeking damages for allegedly causing harm to students who use those platforms. Experts contend that the various companies’ manipulative algorithms cause significant addiction and severe emotional distress to students that have resulted in substantial interference with the educational process and student learning as well as damages to school districts. The Frantz Law Group APLC is willing to represent the District in this litigation based upon a contingency fee at no cost whether there is a settlement or recovery or not. This firm also represented the district in the Juul/Atria litigation that was recently settled. |
